Douglas Elliman is one of the largest independent real estate brokerages in the US. Created for a national brand awareness campaign highlighting the brokerage’s regional presence across the country, this modular design system balances the uniformity of the national brand guidelines with the variable characteristics of each region. The result is a highly adaptable framework that feels both broadly consistent across regions and bespoke to each locale.
