Douglas Elliman is one of the largest independent real estate brokerages in the US. A major corporate branding initiative for an entirely new division of real estate sales and services focused on expansive rural properties, this project weaves the brand guidelines into a system of layering and collage that both frames the imagery within “windows of possibility” and reflects the promise of freedom and spaciousness offered by these properties.
